Hallo Paintballer,
wie ihr vielleicht schon mitbekommen habt, ist eine Organisation gegründet worden, die den Paintballsport weltweit repräsentiert: WPBO. Das vorrangige Ziel von WPBO wird die Vereinheitlichung und Harmonisierung des Sports auf dem ganzen Globus sein, was ein bedeutender Schritt in der Entwicklung unseres geliebten Spiels ist.
Um diese globale Einheit besser zu fördern, planen die beiden führenden Ligen in Europa, die CPPS und die DPL, noch enger als bisher zusammenzuarbeiten um sicherzustellen, dass beide Ligen ihren Spielern den bestmöglichen Service bieten, unter der Anleitung der WPBO.
CPPS und DPL repräsentieren ihre Länder Vereinigtes Königreich und Deutschland als die jeweiligen offiziell anerkannten Mitglieder der EPBF (Europäischer Paintball Verband) und werden das auch weiterhin tun, also unter anderem, aber nicht nur, indem sie ihre jeweiligen Nationalmannschaften berufen und für alle vier Weltmeisterschaftswettbewerbe in 2016 anmelden.

Dear Paintball Community,
as you may have seen in the media recently, a new world governing body for the sport of paintball, the WPBO (World Paintball Organisation), has been founded. The primary goal of the WPBO is to unite Paintball across the globe and it’s a huge step in the development of our beloved game.
To further solidify this global unity, the two leading European Paintball Leagues, The CPPS and The DPL, plan to work closer than ever to ensure both leagues are giving the best possible service to their players, under the guidance of the WPBO.
Both CPPS and DPL are representing United Kingdom and Germany respectively as the officially recognised members in the EPBF (European Paintball Federation) and will of course continue to do so, including, but not limited, to organising and fielding their respective national teams in all four World Championships competitions in 2016.
